The town of Allan is located 55kms South East of Saskatoon, just off of highway 16.  Now that highway 16 has been twined to approximately Bradwell, this makes the commute much more convenient.  Our population is steady at just over 700 people,  from first home buyers and young families to empty nesters and seniors.  We have a wide range of businesses and services that give Allan our Country Charm with City Convenience.  Our various clubs and organizations give you the ability to engage in your local community in an area that interests you.

Water is supplied by the City of Saskatoon to our water system giving us the luxury of reliable and safe city water.  We have a full service sewer system, and garbage is collected by automated curbside bin pickup as well as at the local waste collection facility.  A full network of paved streets and sidwalks makes Allan easy to navigate summer and winter.

PotashCorp Allan Division has made a significant investment in the potash mine adding to its capacity and workforce.  Mosaic Colonsay is embarking on a similar scope of job.  There are several employers in the local area in the agricultural, retail and service sectors.   The short commute to the city with the sun at your back makes Allan a great choice.
