Waste Collection - Trash is collected on Wednesdays. Set out bins early Wednesday morning. Each bin has an identity number, Loraas has recorded exactly where each number was set, so make sure you have the number on your bin written down – you are responsible for that bin.

Water & Sewer is billed quarterly.  Meters will be read at the end of June, September, December and March.  The basic charge is $96.00 with consumption of up to 6,000 gallons, usage over this amount will be billed based on consumption.  To make application for water & sewer service, you need to fill out a form at the Town Office and pay a meter deposit of $100.00.

Dogs & Cats - Dogs and cats require licensing once per year, there is no age restriction. As well, we have prohibited many species of exotic pets and any dogs with pit bull lineage - Please contact the Town Office for more details.

Dog Licenses are $15.00 and Cat Licenses are $6.00 per calendar year, or portion thereof.

Building Bylaw - We have a bylaw regulating building renovation and construction in Allan, please contact the town office should you plan any construction, repair or renovation of your property.
